Hire Project Manager

Once we assign a Project Manager to your project or program, they will lead and manage the team, prepare time and work estimates, handle risk management, oversee system analysis and design, and ensure quality assurance. The Project Manager will report on daily scrum meetings, track defects and their resolution, keep the project on track, escalate issues as needed, and set milestones for productivity improvements and their implementation.
